Shipping only

The following items apply to goods purchased from Online US stores and shipped via Oz Snow Gear.

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition with tags to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must follow the return policy of the store you purchased it from. For example if you purchased items from Dogfunk and wish to return it, you must follow Dogfunk’s return policy. Below are some links for some popular stores:

Shipping Refund & Return Shipping
If you decide to return/exchange an item from an online store, shipping costs paid to Oz Snow Gear cannot be refunded as they are an expense. Return shipping costs to the merchant must also be paid by you.


Items purchased via Oz Snow Gear

The following policies apply only to items stocked and purchased from Oz Snow Gear. If you purchased items from another store (dogfunk, evo etc), please read above in the ‘shipping-only’ section.

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition with tags to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must email us requesting a return within 30 days of purchase. Upon receipt of the email, we will process your return and provide you with details on how to return the item. You must return the item within 30 days receiving return details. You will have to pay for return shipping.

  1. Please email returns@ozsnowgear.com.au to request a refund and we will provide further details on how to return your item.
  2. Please include the following in your email:
    • Order #
    • Item returning
    • Reason for return

Return Exceptions
Items purchased with Oz Snow Gear that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee
All items refunded are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for another item, we will provide you with store credit for the cost of the item (less shipping paid). You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you will have to pay for return shipping. You can pay for the new item using the store credit.
